accepting crocheted Helmetliners any longer.  But they are accepting the

		<description>Is the military still accepting crocheted liners?  I keep reading that there were so many problems with fit that they stopped accepting them.  Instead, crocheters are asked to crochet scarves, 12 x 42 inches only.  Please let us know.  Thanks for organizing the donations.</description>

		<description>This is the same and only helmet liner crochet pattern that I have found anywhere.  There is no gauge on any of those I have found and considering the fact that fit is critical for our armed services members, this is a big problem.  Why bother.
