Alpaca Silk

Polished sheen, sumptuous handle and elegant drape all wrapped up in a blend of nature's most inspiring fibers - Alpaca Silk from Blue Sky Alpacas. 50% Silk 50% Alpaca. 50 grams. Approximately 146 yards / 133 meters. 3–5 US / 3.25-3.75 mm will give a gauge of 5–6 sts per inch (suggested gauge only - works beautifully with large or small needles). Hand wash or dry clean. Wash in tepid water using a mild soap. Do not twist. Shape and dry flat on a towel. Store your little treasure neatly folded, after all, it may be a family heirloom.
