Design Your Own Knits Workshop

Please join us for “Design Your Own Knits,” the next workshop in our complimentary series. The workshop will be taught in person by Shannon Dunbabin of Cascade Yarns!
In this fun, hands-on workshop, you will learn the basics of designing a scarf, wrap or cowl & then applying a stitch pattern of your choice from the stitch dictionary you will receive. Yarn will be provided for swatching different patterns in the workshop.
You will also learn about calculating gauge to understand finished measurements of your item. All levels & ages are welcome, but we do ask that you are able to cast-on, knit, purl, as well as complete other simple stitches for the best experience.
The workshop will feature Cascade 220 Superwash (worsted), 128 Superwash (bulky), & Baby Alpaca Chunky (bulky). Please be prepared with US 8 & US 10, 16” or 24” circular needles for swatching.
We will be offering two “Design Your Own Knits” workshops on Saturday, January 22. The workshop is free to attend, but we ask that you please sign up ahead of time for planning purposes.
