Leaves are not the only thing changing color this year...new Rowan Felted Tweed Colour has arrived!
Perennial favorite Felted Tweed is now available in gorgeous, gradual fades. Each tweedy colorway was designed by Kaffe Fassett in collaboration with Rowan & gently fades from color to color, creating stunning knit sweaters, cardigans & accessories. The yarn can also be paired with a solid Felted Tweed for unique color changing colorwork.
With the yarn comes a striking collection of 9 patterns showcasing this stunnning yarn. From wraps & cardigans to a color shifting poncho, this collection has knits for every knitter.
One of the standouts from the collection is the Corinthian wrap by Martin Storey. This play on stripes & color uses three different colors of Rowan Felted Tweed Colour to create unique stripes that are also shifting as each ball fades into the next color.
To knit Corinthian you will need the following:
Rowan Felted Tweed Colour
A. 4 balls, sample in 028 Chartreuse
B. 3 balls, sample in 024 Chestnut
C. 2 balls, sample in 026 Amethyst
Size US 6, 24” circular needle (knit flat, 19” wide)
