This tunic is worked from the bottom up, in pieces, blocked, then seamed. After assembly, the cowl is picked up and knit in the round.

A slipped selvedge stitch is worked on either side of the lower body only. There is no slipped selvedge on the upper body or sleeves.

A single crochet edge is worked to finish the side vents.

    18 sts and 27 rows = 4” (10 cm) in Shadow Ribbing, after blocking.
  • NEEDLES
    1 – 16” (40 cm) US 7 (4.5 mm) circular.

    Size G-6 (4 mm) crochet hook, locking stitch markers,
