We process orders Monday to Friday (except when the store is closed for Holidays) and your order should ship or be ready for pickup the next business day after you place it. We will email when it has shipped or is ready for pickup. If you wish to pickup an order in store sooner then please call the store.

If you wish to return your order then we accept unwound, unopened yarn for refund within 30 days.
Books, patterns, needles, notions, wound/opened yarn and sale items are not returnable.
Classes should be cancelled at least 24hrs before the start of the first class for a refund.
If you are outside of the U.S. then you may owe customs duties or VAT on your purchase. Your local postal service will likely contact you to collect that money from you. We do not pay it, and our prices do not include tax.
If you are inside the U.S. and we are required to collect Sales Tax for your State, then Sales Tax will be shown during checkout.
