We process orders Monday to Friday and your order should ship or be ready for pickup the next business day after you place it. We will email when it has shipped or is ready for pickup. If you wish to pickup an order in store sooner then please call the store.

If you wish to return your order then we accept unwound, unopened yarn for refund within 30 days.
Books, patterns, needles, notions, wound/opened yarn and sale items are not returnable.
Classes should be cancelled at least 24hrs before the start of the first class for a refund.
