  Manos del Uruguay Serpentina, shown in Rigoberta (1 sk)

  6 stitch markers, one a unique color
  Tapestry needle
• Gauge
  15 sts and 24 rounds = 4in Stockinette st (knit all sts every rnd)
• Needle Size
  US 7 / 4.5mm dpn and 16circular, or size to obtain gauge

To make the pompom on the hat as shown, use remnants of a contrasting color.
