Shipping & Returns

We process orders Monday to Friday (except when the store is closed for Holidays) and your order should ship or be ready for pickup the day the store is open after you place it. We will email when it has shipped or is ready for pickup. If you wish to pickup an order in store sooner then please call the store.

Please be aware that due to higher than normal order volumes some orders may be a day or two late shipping.

If there is a problem with your order then please contact us at the email below and we will be happy to take care of it for you.

Books, patterns, needles, notions, kits, sale items, closeout items, discontinued items and wound yarn are not returnable. Anything being returned must be done within 30 days of purchase and be in it's original, unused condition with all labels and packaging intact and undamaged. A store credit will be issued for anything received after 30 days up until 120 days. Orders shipped internationally cannot be returned.

Please include a note with your order number or a copy of your packing slip so that we know who to reach out to when it arrives. We recommend purchasing tracked shipping, as we cannot be held responsible for any yarn that goes missing in the mail.

If you have ordered online and would like to return it in store then please note that we are only able to offer store credit on the spot. Refunds would need to be processed by our customer service team and are usually done in 2-3 days.

Classes should be cancelled at least 24hrs before the start of the first class for a refund.


If you are outside of the U.S. then you may owe customs duties or VAT on your purchase. Your local postal service will likely contact you to collect that money from you. We do not pay it, and our prices do not include tax.

If you are inside the U.S. and we are required to collect Sales Tax for your State, then Sales Tax will be shown during checkout.



Free shipping on all orders, no minimum, by USPS First Class or UPS.

$8 flat rate expedited shipping (Free with $100 purchase), by USPS Priority Mail or UPS. 



$10 flat rate shipping (Free with $150 purchase), by USPS First Class International mail, USPS Priority Mail International or UPS.

Rest of the World

Shipping to the rest of the world is based on USPS First Class International mail price and will be shipped by USPS First Class International mail, USPS Priority Mail International or UPS.

Sales Outside the U.S.

We are not allowed to sell some of the products we carry outside of the U.S. These include products from:
