Hawley is an oversized top-down yoke sweater with a simple two-color motif, a loose, swingy silhouette, and bracelet-length sleeves. Easy to knit and easy to wear, this seamless piece comes together quickly and pairs with everything from pants to skirts to dresses.

Harrisville Nightshades/Daylights (DK weight)
85% Cormo Wool; 15% wool/250 yards per 100 g skein

Shown in MC Vinyl 3 (3, 4, 4, 5, 5, 6, 6) skeins, or 640 (735, 810, 920, 1035, 1180, 1365, 1500) yds of DK weight yarn

With CC Caffeine 1 skein, or 75 (80, 80, 85, 85, 90, 105, 105) yds of DK weight yarn

NEEDLES

Main Fabric Needle/Colorwork Needle: US 7 (4.50 mm): 16” / 40 cm and 32” / 80 cm circular, and dpns, if preferred for small circumference knitting.

Ribbing Needle: US 5 (3.75 mm): 16” / 40 cm and 32” / 80 cm circular, and dpns, if preferred for small circumference knitting.

GAUGE

19 sts & 27 rnds = 4” / 10 cm in stockinette stitch on Main Fabric Needle, after wet-blocking
19 sts & 25 rnds = 4” / 10 cm in two-color stockinette stitch on Main Fabric Needle, after wet-blocking

NOTE: Adjust your needle size if necessary to obtain correct gauge. For colorwork sections it may be necessary to use a larger OR smaller needle than your Main Fabric Needle.
