You will need a circular needle size US 4 (3.5 mm) no more than 16” (40 cm) long.
You will need a set of 4 double-pointed needles in sizes US 3 (3.25 mm) and US 4 (3.50 mm).
You will need a length of 1” (2.5cm) elastic - enough to fit around the baby’s waist.
