Holding a DK weight yarn together with a lace weight silk/ mohair blend yarn gives this winter topper a soft, cozy hand. The subtle mohair halo elevates a simple stitch pattern, while the faux fur pom pom completes the look.
MATERIALS
- 1 skein Madelinetosh Tosh DK or 225 yards DK weight yarn
- 1 skein Shibui Silk Cloud, Rowan Kidsilk Haze or 225 yards of laceweight silk/mohair blend (optional)
- 1 Wool & Co. pom pom
- US 7 16” circular needle (or size needed to obtain gauge)
- US 7 double pointed needles (or size needed to obtain gauge)
- Ring Stitch Marker
- Tapestry needle
