Fall in love with this 2 skein project featuring two lovely Urth Yarns. Inspired by the trunks of ancient olive trees, the Zeytin (“olive” in Turkish) cowl melds variegated and solid yarns together in a harmonious combination of cables, rib & eyelets.
The cowl is knit in Harvest DK & Spiral Grain Light Worsted. Both yarns are spun with 100% superwash extra fine Merino wool for a soft, luxurious knit. Full of texture, the piece provides the opportunity for advanced beginners to play with intarsia, lace & cables!
With just 1 extra skein of Spiral Grain Light Worsted, there is enough yarn to also knit the Deep Roots Mitts. Giving off an 80’s glam rock vibe, the mitts pair vertical lines of color with a corrugated rib pattern. If just knitting the mitts, then you will still need 1 skein each of Harvest DK & Spiral Grain Light Worsted.

**Paired with Zeytin Cowl, there is enough Harvest DK for both projects; just a second skein of Spiral Grain Light Worsted is needed. - Size US 4 & 6, 12”-16” circular or preferred length straight needles
