“Happy Place” is my third special birthday shawl and for this pattern I wanted something fun to knit, full of cheerfulness that inspires the joy of living. Worked in one piece, with a succession of small sections that gives a nice rhythm to keep the knitting varied and pleasant. A little lace, some English ribs, some garter stitch (of course, always some garter stitch) and a bit of fantasy with the lovely “folk” accent of the edging. That’s all you need to feel the joy of my happy place ;)
