Wool & Co. is a fast-paced, growing purveyor of premium yarns, needles & notions for hand knitting. We are looking to fill a position with our warehouse fulfillment team based in South Elgin, IL. Heated warehouse with a clean working environment, great culture and fun environment.
This is a part-time or full-time position paying between $15/hr and $19/hr. Benefits include 40% store discount.
Job Description for Retail Online Order Fulfillment
- Pick high volume daily ecom orders from warehouse
- Wind yarn following Winding Guidelines
- Pack and ship orders efficiently & accurately
- Usage of RFID scanner to pick orders based on alphanumeric-based location system
- Work safely and efficiently to meet department metrics
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness through sweeping, breaking down boxes, maintaining neat shelves and work stations
Minimum Qualifications for Retail Online Order Fulfillment
- Detail oriented
- Ability to climb ladders
- Can lift up to 50lbs.
- Will be on feet standing or walking throughout warehouse for entire shift
- Locate products using technology
- Dependable with high level of accountability
- Cooperates and interacts effectively with team and managers
- Ability to adapt to change/multi-task
- Willingness to accept other tasks as needs arise
Preferred Qualification for Retail Online Order Fulfillment
- 2 years consistent work history preferred
