Barnstable Reimagined in Malabrigo Seis Cabos

A knitter favorite, the Barnstable wrap by Lisa Hannes has been reimagined in Malabrigo Seis Cabos. If you have not experienced Seis Cabos, then this is the perfect opportunity!

Delightfully soft & versatile, Seis Cabos is a light worsted weight yarn spun with 100% non-superwash wool. Hand-dyed in Peru, the yarn has a comfortable, lived-in look & feel that is perfect for sweaters, cardigans, wraps & accessories.

Named for the “six strands” that are plied together, Seis Cabos has lovely stitch definition for textured patterns, cables & ribbing. The palette of wearable tonal & fun variegated hues provides a beautiful starting point for knit & crochet projects.

Originally designed in Malabrigo Dos Tierras (Merino wool/ baby alpaca), Barnstable is a a fantastic wrap featuring mosaic knitting. This simple technique gives a stranded colorwork effect with just slipped stitches. Only one color of yarn is used at a time on each row- magical!

Malabrigo is also hosting a Barnstable KAL in September:
