Starting on Thursday, September 5, we will be starting the Lehigh Shawl by Melanie Berg.
The Lehigh by beloved designer Melanie Berg is a triangle-shaped, garter stitch shawl punctuated with a floral-inspired Bud pattern. The Bud pattern appears to wind across the shawl with simple garter rows that really pop due to the color contrast.
Here is what you need to start knitting:
- Main color A: 4 skeins Malabrigo Rios, lead photo in Whole Grain
- Contrast Bud color B: 2 skeins Malabrigo Rios, lead photo in Sagittarius
- Size US 7, 40” circular needle
- Size US F (3.75mm) crochet hook (used in Bud pattern)
