Designed by Alison Green, the pieces combine exciting Berroco Vellina with the silk/ mohair blend of Berroco Aerial. Spun with a blend of superwash wool, hemp & cotton, the worsted weight yarn is wonderful for knits that may be worn all year. The painterly palette adds interest to the simplest of stitch patterns.
The rich, plum silk/ mohair lace weight held together with the Vellina provides a wash of color to calm the variegation a bit & add a delectable halo.
Both the hat & mitts are knit seamlessly in the round.
