The hat is knit in DK weight Rowan Norwegian Wool. Spun with 100% Norwegian wool, the yarn was designed by ARNE & CARLOS in collaboration with Rowan. It has the perfect balance of softness & durability. The yarn was designed to deliver gorgeous stranded colorwork, cables & textured stitches.
If you are looking for a little stranded colorwork, then Akantus is a must-knit. Also designed in Rowan Norwegian Wool, the hat features a colorful design inspired by the native Mediterranean flowering herb Acanthus. The plant was admired in ancient Greece where it was carved onto the tops of Corinthian columns.
