A truly authentic tweed, Pure Tweed is spun with 100% wool in Ireland. The worsted/ Aran weight yarn has a heritage hand for warm, durable knits & is studded with colorful tweedy bits.
A stunning yarn for cold weather knits, Pure Tweed is lovely for knit hats, cowls, mittens, sweaters & cardigans. In addition to garments & accessories, the yarn is wonderful for throws & pillows. As with all heritage yarns, Pure Tweed gets softer with wear & washing.
