Farmers Daughter Craggy Tweed

Inspired by the tapestry of Montana, each skein of Craggy Tweed is uniquely hand-dyed in Montana.  One of the coolest & most amazing tweeds we have seen, Craggy Tweed is soft, smooshy & nubby!

The range of modern colorways makes this yarn simply stunning knit into sweaters, cardigans, hats, cowls & mittens.  The versatile DK weight shows off textured stitches, cables & simple stockinette beautifully.

*Note- NEP are clumps of colored fiber added during the spinning process. That is what makes this tweed pop.

Artisan hand-dyed yarns have natural color variations from skein to skein. Our team will do their best to choose the best matching skeins for your order. Here are some tips to get the best results when knitting with hand-dyed yarns:

  • Purchase enough yarn for your entire project
  • Alternate skeins by knitting two rows from one skein, then two rows from another skein. This will help to blend color differences.
