Noro Ohajiki

Noro yarns embrace the Japanese philosophy of accepting & enjoying the non-uniformity, unevenness, & natural beauty of nature.  All animal fibers spun into Noro yarns come from certified organic farms around the world.  The yarns are as eco-friendly as possible with many processes still done by hand or on traditional machinery.

Inspired by simple pleasures, Ohajiki is a colorful DK weight yarn reminiscent of the way sunlight illuminates glazed pottery or sea glass.  The lightweight single-ply yarn transitions from color to unexpected color in the signature Noro way.

Ideal for warmer weather knits, the yarn is a lovely blend of cotton, silk, wool & viscose.  The relaxed matte finish is wonderful for casual pullovers, short sleeve tees, tank tops & wraps.  The generous 150g ball allows for more continuous knitting & crochet with fewer ends to weave in.
