Knit this ladies poncho from Moordale, a design by Martin Storey using Moordale, a premium blend of the finest British wool and alpaca (wool and alpaca.) With a pretty edging and chunky roll neck, this asymetric poncho is a stylish and classic wardrobe staple.

MATERIALS

• Rowan Moordale, 6 (6 ,7) skeins
• Shown in 010 Ash

GAUGE

• 23 stitches and 30 rows = 4 inches in Stockinette Stitch

NEEDLES

• Size 5 needles
• Size 6 needles
• You will also need at US 5 (3.75 mm) circular needle, no longer than 16” (50 cm) long for the beginning of the cowl, and then a second circular needle, in the same size, no longer than 40” (100 cm) to handle all of the increased stitches at the bottom of the cowl.
