Craft: Knitting

This slipover, featuring slanted side slits, is knitted from the bottom up. The front and back are initially worked as separate pieces (back and forth in rows) up to the top of the side slits, then joined to be worked in the round up to the armholes, before finally being finished separately. The back is four stitches wider at the shoulders to ensure a better fit for the armholes across the back. The front features a straight shoulder line, while the back has slanted shoulders; this results in the overall shoulder line being slightly offset towards the upper back. The shoulders are joined using the three-needle bind-off method. The pattern instructions are written out in text. The length of the body can easily be adjusted to personal preference.
