Harvest Moon Cardigan by Beach House Knits

Craft: Knitting

This pattern is available on Ravelry.

The Harvest Moon cardigan is a statement piece: it features openwork sleeves, with large moon-like eyelets, along with a bell-sleeve shaping. The deep, autumnal orange of Miel in Franca recalls the color of September’s Harvest Moon.

Construction

This cardigan is worked in one piece from the top down. The body is worked in stockinette with garter stitch front bands, and the sleeves are worked in the pistachio pattern. After completing the raglan yoke, the stitches are divided for working the lower body in rows to the lower edge, and the sleeves are worked separately in the round, in pattern, down to the cuffs.

The cable patterns are charted.
