Magner Knitty Gritty Biggy Project Bag Olive Green

Each Magner bag is handcrafted in Athens, Georgia by Casey Magner. The heavy-duty bags are a statement in form & function. Made from Seaflyer canvas, the bags are 100% cotton coated with a TexWax water repellant finish to keep knits & yarn safe.

TexWax was originally used by sailors to help protect against the elements. It has a distressed, worn appearance with a vintage aesthetic. It has the feel of a waxed canvas.

The bags feature two leather side handles, as well as a leather drawstring to cinch the top closed. The inside of the bag has a zippered compartment for notions, several narrow pockets for needles, hooks or scissors & a large side pouch with grommets for keeping yarn strands neat while knitting. The bag is perfect for storing projects at home away from little hands & paws & is also ideal for travel.

The bag measures approximately 21” wide at the top (uncinched), 13” tall & the gusseted bottom is 8” deep.

Bag cleaning instructions: Lightly scrub with mild soap & water

*Please note - TexWax waxed canvas is known for “craze marks” that occur with use. Many people love the vintage and classic looks, but it you want to return your waxed canvas to a smooth uniform surface you can apply heat with a hair dryer or toss the bag in the dryer for 2 minutes or so
