Craft: Knitting

This relaxed-fit sweater, featuring wide bands of textured patterning, is worked seamlessly from the top down using two strands held together throughout—one of Milano and one of Premia. Work begins at the accentuated shoulder line (French shoulder) located across the upper back. The two front sections are knitted downwards from this shoulder line and joined at the neckline; the front is then worked back and forth in rows—matching the back—down to the armholes, after which the body is knitted in the round down to the hem. The sleeves are knitted directly onto the body and worked in the round from the top down.
