The oversized sweater with a diamond pattern of knit stitches on purl stitch background and overlapping shoulders, offset to the back, is knitted double-stranded in one piece from the top down and starts at the shoulder line located in the upper back. First the back part is worked up to the armholes, then the two front sides are knitted out of the shoulder line in the opposite direction and are joined after finishing the neckline. After reaching the armholes, front and back are worked in the round. The sleeves are also worked in the round from the top down, the neck cuffs are knitted on afterwards.
