Roxborough Dolman

This Dolman is knit in the round from the bottom up and then divided at the underarm and worked back and forth.

The shoulders are bound off using a three-needle bind off, then the neck edging is picked up and worked in the round.

YARN

Kelbourne Woolens Perennial (60% superwash Merino, 25% Suri alpaca, 15% nylon; 497 yds/100gm skein):

lead 032 (MC), 2 (2, 2, 2) skeins, raspberry 520 (CC), 1 (2, 2, 2) skeins.

GAUGE

23 sts + 35 rows = 4” (10 cm) in stockinette stitch on larger nedles, after blocking.

NEEDLES

1 – US 3 (3.25 mm) 16” (40 cm) circular.

1 – US 3 (3.25 mm) 24” (60 cm) circular.

1 set – US 3 (3.25 mm) DPNs.

2 – US 4 (3.5 mm) 24” (60 cm) circular.

Check your gauge and adjust needle size(s) accordingly if necessary.

NOTIONS

Marker (m), tapestry needle, stitch holder or waste yarn.

50.75 (54.25, 58.5, 62)” 129 (138, 148.5, 157.5) cm bust.
34.75 (38.25, 42.5, 46)” 88.5 (97, 108, 117) cm hip.
