The best part is that the socks are knit top down, in the round, with the ingenious plaid design being achieved with simple stranded colorwork. The clever pocket is not an afterthought & is worked simultaneously with the leg.
Knit in Cascade Yarns Heritage, the sock is a comfy, yet durable blend of soft superwash Merino wool & nylon. A smooshy heel flap is an added bonus!
Shuyi designed the pattern in three sizes with an adjustable foot length. Keep it traditional with the sample colors or create your own plaid.
