The Olga Sweater by PetiteKnit has been on our post list since it launched, but we wanted to wait to have plenty of the yarn in stock! The yarn has arrived & it is the perfect time for a relaxing sweater knit.
The Olga Sweater is worked seamlessly in the round, from the top down, with classic stockinette stitch. It is knit in Sandnes Garn Peer Gynt, an excellent, DK weight garment yarn spun with 100% (non-superwash) Norwegian wool. The round strand delivers beautiful stitch definition. The designer chose to knit her version in a classic navy & almond cream. She chose a tweed for the light color that adds visual interest & a modern twist.
