The new Berroco Tillie pattern collection has us dreaming of long summer days & relaxing vacations. Each pattern was thoughtfully designed by Åsa Buchta to show off the beautiful drape & character of this lovely new yarn.
Tillie is a lightweight, DK weight yarn spun with a fiber called cupro. Cupro is a sustainable byproduct of cotton processing that has the feel & drape of silk.
The silky cupro is blended with breathable Pima cotton, then hand-dyed, to give each skein a gorgeous tonal quality. We love the amazing depth of color & resort feel. A chain construction ensures that garments & accessories maintain shape.
Machine washable & easy to care for, the yarn comes in a curated collection of cheerful tonals.
Our feature pattern, Freden, is a luxe shawl that may be dressed up or down. The asymmetrical piece is worked in garter stitch from the narrow end, increasing in width. It features a chevron lace pattern along the edge that adds some serious style.
Freden is a great knit to kick-off the spring season....

- Finished shawl measures 61.5” long by 20” at widest point

- Size US 6, 24” circular needle (knit flat)
The collection also includes 2 short sleeve tops, a resort pullover, cardigan/ tank top set & a stunning lace crochet wrap.
