Rowan Tweed Haze
Cozy & warm, the Drizzle Cowl by Martin Storey is a stunning piece inspired by traditional woven plaid fabrics.
The intermediate to advanced knitting pattern uses stranded colorwork & a bit of intarsia to create this incredible knit fabric. The cowl is constructed as a “tube” that is knit in the round. The cast-on & bind-off edges are then seamed at the end to create the infinity cowl shape.
The cowl is knit in Rowan Tweed Haze. This bulky delight is a spectacular blend of kid mohair & super fine alpaca. Warm, yet light & airy, this yarn has a dramatic halo for show stopping knits. The yarn is studded with lovely tweed bits that add even more depth & interest to even simple stitch patterns.
To make shopping easy, we have created a grab & go kit that contains all of the yarn, as well as the printed pattern.
